This policy explains what IDE Freshrules ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. What we collect

• Email address - provided to Stripe at checkout and stored with your subscription record.
• Subscription data - your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, and renewal date.
• License key - generated for your subscription and stored to verify Pro access.

We do not receive or store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, verify Pro entitlement, process your subscription, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors we use

• Stripe - payments and merchant of record.
• Supabase - database for subscription and license records.
• Vercel - application hosting.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to remember your activated license so Pro features unlock on your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention and your rights

We retain subscription records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by emailing us; we will honour applicable rights under laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

6. International transfers

Our processors may store and process data outside your country. We rely on their safeguards for such transfers.
