Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers cancelling your IDE Freshrules Pro subscription and how refunds are handled.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the site, or through your Stripe/Link account. When you cancel, your Pro access stays active until the end of the current paid period and then stops renewing. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

IDE Freshrules is a digital service delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented use, or are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

3. Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Stripe as the merchant of record. Some billing and refund matters may be handled directly through Stripe in line with their policies and your local consumer rights.
