Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of IDE Freshrules (the "Service"), a service operated as part of ndakita.com ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IDE Freshrules generates AI coding-assistant rule files tailored to a stack and editor you select. A free tier is available; a paid Pro subscription unlocks additional modules and ongoing updates.

2. License keys

Pro access is granted through a license key tied to your subscription. Keep your key confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out with your key.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Pro is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use generated rules in your own projects. You may not resell or redistribute the Pro rule content as a competing product, abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent access controls or entitlement checks.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, and the underlying rule content are owned by us. Rule files you generate may be used freely within your own software projects.

6. Disclaimer

The Service and its output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated rules are AI-oriented guidance and may be incomplete or become outdated; review and test them before relying on them. We are not responsible for outcomes produced by any AI tool that consumes the rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
